He has worked from small, local to global companies including Lojas Americanas, S.C.Johnson Wax, BankBoston, Accenture, BoozAllen,. Ernst-August Schnieder

DR. ERNST-AUGUST SCHNIEDER has over 15 years of banking and fund management experience. He started his career as an attorney-at-law in the German law firm Beiten Burkhardt, specializing in M&A and international tax planning. He continued his career in equity capital markets at the German bank Commerzbank, as a director of the financial engineering team. From there he started his activity as a managing director of several closed end funds whose combined equity of 450 million Euro was raised by Commerzbank and the private bank Bethmann Bank. Ernst was also an advisor for private equity funds investing in film assets in the United States.

 

Ernst holds a law-degree of the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and a Ph.D. in international tax law of the Universität Osnabrück. He is a German attorney-at-law.

Marco Mombelli

MOMBELLI is a Suisse citizen with over 20 years of consulting, management and entrepreneur experience within Brazil, Mexico and the US. His Consulting experience came from working with global firms such as Deloitte Consulting and with Bain Consulting. He also co-founded a consulting firm that focused on Turn Around and Restructuring and, in engagements, assumed the GM, Interim CEO or Board Member roles. Furthermore, Mombelli held General Manager, Business Development Director and CFO/COO positions for mid-size Brazilian companies in various industries, but manly focused in Technology and online. Lastly, he participated in the growth of Groupon Brazil and he successfully sold a Travel Business he managed.

Mombelli education is as a Mechanical Engineer at UC Berkeley and completed his MBA degree  in Finance, Strategy and Operations at Kellogg School of Management.

Eric Boutaud

ERIC BOUTAUD has more than 25 years of business management experience, with over 10 years on Director or MD roles. His background is in sales and marketing at multinational consumer goods companies Danone, Clorox, Whirlpool and BRF (Sadia and Perdigão) both locally in Brazil and as an expatriate. Later in his career he held a Managing Director position for the Latam region within Coats Group, a major global player in textile industry. He led acquisitions and diligences, cost down projects and turnarounds in multiple segments. Now he is acting as advisor for new business and management consultant.

Felipe Matos

FELIPE MATOS is a reference in tech entrepreneurship and startups in Latin America. His initiatives have supported more than 10 thousand startups and attracted U$ 300 million in investments. Serial entrepreneur, he has played several roles in the entrepreneurial ecosystem: founder, angel investor, venture capitalist, educator, accelerator, policymaker, public speaker and writer.

Felipe was the founder of Startup Farm, one of the leading startup accelerators in Latin America, and COO at Start-Up Brasil, a national public program created to foster the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Brazil via public and private funding partnerships. Matos works with startups since 1995. He founded the first Latin American mobile application, Girando, in 2000. In 2002, he co-founded Instituto Inovação: one of the first tech accelerators of the country, that also grew business units for innovation consulting, technology transfer, corporate education, and venture capital investments. Dealing with both management and technical skills, he has managed dozens of projects related to technological innovation for large corporations and governments.
